The wine-making takes place in family Kieningerís country house cellar. The containers where the fermentation process takes place are made of high quality stainless steel and have a maximum capacity of one thousand litres
The elaboration of the wine is done according to the traditional style, which respects the natural fermentation of the grapes. Additional chemicals are avoided during the process.
The ageing process takes place in high quality oak casks for a period ranging from six to twenty months. This ageing process takes place in a small stone vaulted and underground cellar.
