Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment is made on-site on the day of the visit, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled visit, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the visit are non-refundable, as that time has been reserved exclusively for you.
However, if an unexpected situation arises, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We will always do our best to find a suitable solution.
No-show
In case of no attendance without prior notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience without price reduction.
Children
Children are welcome and must always be supervised by adults.
Languages
Visits are conducted in Spanish and English, and occasionally in German depending on availability.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify schedules or conditions due to organizational or force majeure reasons.
