7 Vin

7 Vin is an author-style red wine made from a blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigelt, two Central European varieties that bring character, freshness and complexity. Production is around 2,000 bottles depending on the vintage, with an alcohol content of around 13%.

It is an organic wine, certified both in the vineyard and in the winery, and vegan, made without the use of animal-derived products. Its production includes 12 months of ageing in American oak barrels, followed by 4 months of micro-oxygenation in Ovoid, during which lees work (sur lie) is carried out with weekly stirring, adding volume and texture on the palate.

In the glass, it shows an intense cherry colour with violet highlights. On the nose, black fruit stands out, accompanied by spicy notes, with hints of bay leaf and pepper. On the palate, it is a flavoursome and complex wine, with fruit and ripe tannins, nuances of cocoa and chocolate, and an elegant, balanced and well-structured overall profile.
