Amara

Amara is a white wine from Ronda made with Chardonnay grapes and protected by the D.O. Sierras de Málaga. It comes entirely from our organic vineyards and is vinified at Bodega Kieninger itself, following an artisanal and respectful approach at every stage of the process. It is also a vegan wine, made without any animal-derived products.

Pale yellow in colour, Amara reveals intense aromas of tropical fruit—such as pineapple and lychee—together with delicate floral notes and subtle hints of violet. On the palate, it is balanced, with good acidity, notable complexity and an elegant finish that invites you to keep enjoying it.

Its production is very limited—around 2,000 bottles per year—which guarantees meticulous selection and consistent quality. With an approximate alcohol content of 12.5%, Amara stands out for its freshness, varietal purity and unique character.
