Red wine from Ronda with the Sierras de Málaga Designation of Origin, made exclusively from Blaufränkisch from estate-owned vineyards.
Grown and vinified under organic certification at Bodega Kieninger, this wine comes from a limited production of approximately 800 bottles. 14% vol.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts from the vineyard itself, respecting as much as possible the identity of the fruit and its origin. Afterwards, the wine rests for 13 months in French oak barrels, where it refines its structure and complexity.
On the nose, it reveals a clear expression of ripe black fruit, accompanied by nuances that evoke the mineral and singular character of its terroir.
On the palate, it shows good volume and a harmonious structure. It is unctuous, balanced and with an elegant persistence that extends the experience.
