Ezequiel

Ezequiel is a young red wine with DOP Sierras de Málaga, made exclusively from the Blaufränkisch variety. Depending on the vintage, around 3,000 bottles are produced, with an alcohol content of 12%. It is an organic wine, certified both in the vineyard and in the winery.

Its production is based on temperature-controlled fermentation, with early racking off before fermentation finishes, which preserves the fruit expression as much as possible. Pressing is very gentle, followed by refinement in tank, with micro-oxygenation, filtration and bottling, seeking freshness, balance and smoothness.

In the glass, it shows a cherry-red colour. On the nose, black fruit predominates, accompanied by spicy undertones, with a fresh and youthful expression. On the palate, it is a young, fresh and fruity wine, slightly spicy, friendly and smooth, easy to drink and very well balanced.
