Malbec

Malbec is an aged red wine from Ronda, with DOP Sierras de Málaga, made exclusively from Malbec grapes from estate-owned vineyards at Bodega Kieninger. It is a very limited production, of approximately 600 bottles, with an alcohol content of 14% vol. It is an organic wine, certified both in the vineyard and in the winery.

Production begins with fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of ageing in new and semi-new French oak barrels, which add complexity and structure without masking the varietal expression.

In the glass, it shows a cherry-red colour with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of red fruit, accompanied by notes of wild mountain herbs and an elegant balsamic background. On the palate, it is a structured wine, with ripe tannins, good volume and a balanced texture that prolongs the enjoyment.
