Maxx

Maxx is a red wine from the D.O. Sierras de Málaga, born in the Serranía de Ronda and made from a very special blend of Tintilla de Rota and Garnacha Tinta, two native varieties that bring character, freshness and depth. Its production is very limited—around 2,000 bottles per year—and it is made following organic practices both in the vineyard and in the winery. It is also a vegan wine, with no animal-derived products used at any stage of its production.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the aromatic purity of the fruit as much as possible. Afterwards, Maxx ages for 12 months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels, achieving a perfect harmony between fruit, wood and texture.

With its intense cherry colour, it releases aromas of ripe red fruit, balsamic notes and delicate spices. On the palate, it is powerful and structured, with a round, mineral profile and a persistence that speaks of the character of its land.

With an alcohol content of 13%, Maxx is an elegant red with a mountain soul, ideal for those seeking wines with personality, complexity and a sincere expression of terroir.
