Rosara

Rosara is a rosé wine from the D.O.P. Sierras de Málaga, made exclusively from the Blaufränkisch variety, an uncommon grape in the region that brings personality and freshness. Its production is very limited—around 2,000 bottles per year—and reflects careful organic work both in the vineyard and in the winery. It is also a vegan wine, made without any animal-derived products.

It is obtained through direct pressing at low temperature, followed by slow fermentation at 15 °C, which preserves the full aromatic expression of the variety. It then matures for three months with micro-oxygenation in ovoid tanks, which gives it smoothness and volume on the palate.

Pale pink in colour, Rosara reveals aromas of tropical fruit and red berries, wrapped in a delicate floral background. On the palate, it is a fresh wine, with good acidity, round and with great volume, culminating in an elegant and very pleasant persistence.

With an alcohol content of 13%, Rosara is an expressive, balanced and distinctive rosé, perfect for those seeking wines with their own character.
