Vinana

Vinana is a red wine with the Sierras de Málaga Designation of Origin, from the Serranía de Ronda. It is a balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, with 1,860 bottles produced and an alcohol content of 14.5%.

It is an organic wine, certified both in the vineyard and in the winery, and vegan, made without the use of animal-derived products. Fermentation is carried out traditionally in 225-litre oak barrels, followed by ageing for 13 months in French oak barrels, which adds complexity and elegance without masking the expression of the fruit.

In the glass, it shows a dark cherry colour with garnet highlights. On the nose, it stands out for its great elegance, with aromas of black fruit, balsamic notes and a very fine spicy profile. On the palate, it is flavoursome and complex, with ripe tannins, hints of wild mountain herbs and white pepper, and a long, creamy and elegant finish.
